Responsibility
- Drive sales of agricultural parts and equipment by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations, providing expert technical guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and agricultural businesses to foster long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare and present sales reports, tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues related to parts and services, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Participate in trade shows, workshops, and promotional events to expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in agricultural equipment, parts, or related industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of agricultural machinery, tools, and parts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and data management.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for business purposes.
