Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate tracking and recording of parts and materials.
- Lead a team of inventory specialists, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and accuracy.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies, reduce waste, and optimize stock levels.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to forecast demand and ensure timely availability of parts.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Utilize inventory management software to generate reports, analyze trends, and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all inventory-related activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a supervisory role within manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven expertise in using inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
