Responsibility
- Maintain up-to-date records of all stock movements to ensure optimum stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary parts and materials.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the parts warehouse to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
- Process and fulfill parts requests from service and sales teams in a timely manner.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and parts usage.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to forecast parts requirements and prevent stockouts.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with parts inquiries and orders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory management, parts coordination, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and terminology is preferred.
