Responsibility
- Install, configure, and commission autonomous and manual cleaning machines at client sites across Bali.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to minimize downtime and extend machine lifespan.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients on machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the regional service team to share knowledge, resolve complex issues, and improve service protocols.
- Document service reports, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts replacements, using Nilfiskâs digital tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all field operations.
- Travel to client locations within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) as required.
Qualifications
- Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field service, equipment repair, or technical maintenance.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
- Familiarity with autonomous or robotic systems is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel frequently within Bali.
- Physical fitness to handle equipment, tools, and on-site work in various environments.
