Responsibility
- Identify and target potential business partners, clients, and stakeholders to expand the company’s network and revenue streams.
- Develop and implement strategic partnership acquisition plans to achieve sales and business development goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform partnership strategies.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and mutual benefit for all parties.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, clients, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Track and report on partnership performance, providing regular updates to management on progress and outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract new partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership acquisition, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and business development targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working in Bali or familiarity with the local market is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
