Based in Bali, Indonesia, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner strategies with Datadog’s mission of making complex systems observable for businesses worldwide.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new APAC partners, ensuring rapid time-to-value and alignment with Datadog’s solutions.
  • Design and deliver scalable training modules, workshops, and certification paths tailored to partner roles (e.g., sales, technical, marketing).
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create partner-facing enablement assets (e.g., battle cards, demo scripts, case studies).
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics (e.g., deal velocity, certification rates) to identify gaps and optimize enablement strategies.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Datadog and APAC partners, addressing enablement needs and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Localize global enablement content for APAC markets, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.
  • Drive partner adoption of Datadog’s latest features and best practices through proactive communication and upskilling initiatives.
  • Contribute to the partner portal by curating resources, FAQs, and self-service tools to enhance partner autonomy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or channel management, preferably in SaaS or cloud technology.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing enablement programs that drive measurable partner success.
  • Deep understanding of APAC partner ecosystems, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess partner performance data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and learning management systems (LMS) for tracking enablement progress.
  • Familiarity with observability, monitoring, or DevOps tools (e.g., Datadog, New Relic, Splunk) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating across global time zones.
