Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of premium teas, including specialty blends, iced teas, and traditional hot beverages.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Educate customers on tea selections, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tea stations, equipment, and storage areas.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and tracking tea inventory.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista, tea specialist, or in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic knowledge of tea varieties, brewing techniques, and flavor pairings is advantageous.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
