Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for pediatric and adult clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each clientâs needs, goals, and abilities.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions focusing on articulation, fluency, voice, and language development.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic support for clients.
- Monitor and document progress, adjustments, and outcomes using evidence-based practices.
- Educate clients and families on strategies to improve communication in daily life.
- Stay updated with latest research and therapeutic techniques in speech-language pathology.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid license or certification as a Speech Therapist (local or international).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in pediatric or adult speech therapy.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Experience with standardized assessment tools and therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural setting.
