Responsibility
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to guest inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner to foster a positive community.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and local communities to amplify brand reach and drive bookings.
- Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, or Google Analytics to optimize content strategy.
- Assist in organizing online events, giveaways, or campaigns to boost engagement and grow the follower base.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or community engagement (portfolio or examples required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark) or video editing (CapCut, InShot) is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Passion for hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands, with an understanding of Baliâs digital nomad and expat communities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a strong sense of brand voice and aesthetics.
- Availability to work part-time (flexible hours, approximately 20-25 hours per week).
