Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product recommendations in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate payment processing.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
- Adhere to company policies, including health and safety guidelines, to ensure a secure shopping environment.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Assist in promotional activities, such as setting up displays and informing customers about ongoing offers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude with a passion for service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous.
