Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the checkout counter and sales floor.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and locating items in-store.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store layout.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies to the store manager.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
- Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and hygiene standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (students are welcome to apply).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional local language proficiency is advantageous).
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work well under pressure.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
