Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product locations, and purchases.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, visually appealing store layout.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, including health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in promotional activities, such as setting up displays and distributing flyers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old (as per local labor regulations).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., stock boxes).
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
