Responsibility
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries, product locations, and purchases.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout by restocking shelves and arranging merchandise.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
- Promote sales and special offers to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
