Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen, adhering to Sushi Tei’s service standards.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining attention to detail in presentation and guest requests.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a clean and inviting dining area at all times.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and providing receipts with accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols, including proper attire (white polo tee, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes) and grooming standards (e.g., tied-up hair).
- Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset.
- Basic English proficiency; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Japanese) are a plus.
