Responsibility
- Provide personalized, high-touch service to villa guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Assist the Head Butler in managing daily operations, including guest check-ins, concierge services, and special requests.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization in all guest areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, chefs, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and arrangements with professionalism and discretion.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals, beverages, and amenities according to guest preferences.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols for all guests and property details.
- Contribute to the training and mentoring of junior staff to maintain service excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality, private service, or high-end resort environments.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of fine dining, wine service, and etiquette is highly desirable.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
