Responsibility
- Provide exceptional table service to international guests
- Present menus, make recommendations, and explain specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally
- Process payments and operate POS systems
- Upsell menu items while maintaining genuine guest interactions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
