Responsibility
- Assist in food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving customers, and clearing tables efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen, dishwashing area, and dining space by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment to high standards.
- Support the café team during peak hours by restocking supplies, preparing condiments, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down café stations, including coffee machines, display counters, and dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Adhere to the bakery’s dress code and grooming standards (black t-shirt, long dark pants/jeans, and non-slip covered shoes).
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, F&B service, or dishwashing is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
