You’ll work in supermarkets, hypermarkets, and events, creating memorable experiences that boost sales and customer loyalty. Responsibility
- Conduct product sampling and demonstrations for Rich brand food products (e.g., cakes, pasta, desserts) in assigned retail locations.
- Engage with customers to explain product benefits, answer questions, and encourage purchases.
- Set up and maintain attractive sampling stations with product displays and promotional materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales team to improve marketing strategies.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets through persuasive communication and upselling techniques.
- Adhere to company policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols during demonstrations.
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth operations and maximize visibility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality with a passion for food and customer interaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light equipment (e.g., sampling trays).
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to align with peak retail hours.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation or baking is advantageous.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
