Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain product knowledge of Clarks’ footwear collections to offer informed recommendations.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually merchandised according to brand standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets and promotional goals.
- Uphold store policies on security, safety, and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (part-time availability required).
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory (training provided).
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and trends with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., shoe boxes).
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
