Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in alignment with Crocs’ brand standards.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and promotions, to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking, restocking, and conducting regular audits.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and visual merchandising initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail operations is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
