Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Stock and replenish merchandise, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
