Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to enhance their shopping experience.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, providing accurate information to drive sales.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and inventory availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old (no maximum age limit).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Outgoing, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- No prior retail experience required—full training provided!
- Well-groomed appearance and adherence to company dress code.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light items (up to 10 kg).
