Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product locations, and purchases.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Restock shelves, arrange merchandise, and ensure products are neatly displayed and easily accessible.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist with receiving and unpacking new deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and tidying aisles.
- Assist in pricing products, applying discounts, and updating promotional signage as needed.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
