Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including stocking and merchandising products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Stay updated on Clarksâ product knowledge, including features, benefits, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking and conducting stock checks.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-groomed and able to adhere to Clarksâ dress code and brand standards.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
