Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product selections.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Clarksâ product lines, including features, benefits, and sizing.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming store atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Passion for fashion, footwear, and trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Balinese) are a plus.
