Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their fashion and beauty needs, including product recommendations and styling advice.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product range, including the latest fashion trends and beauty innovations, to effectively engage with customers.
- Ensure the store environment is welcoming, organized, and visually appealing, adhering to brand standards at all times.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, including handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and participating in stocktakes as required.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
