Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report any discrepancies or shortages to the store manager.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and suggest products that align with their preferences.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring products are presented attractively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate any issues to the management team promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is advantageous.
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
