Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, on-brand content, including photos, videos, reels, and stories that showcase surf experiences, travel tips, and local culture.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies to optimize results.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and foster a loyal online community of travelers and surf enthusiasts.
  • Collaborate with influencers, travel bloggers, and local partners to expand brand reach through authentic partnerships.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep content fresh and competitive.
  • Assist in managing paid social media campaigns (budget tracking, ad creation, A/B testing) to drive bookings and leads.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader branding and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media management, preferably in travel, tourism, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills (photography, videography, graphic design, or copywriting).
  • Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, or Later).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles to enhance content discoverability.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Passion for travel, surf culture, or Bali’s tourism industry is highly desirable.
