Responsibility
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, on-brand content, including photos, videos, reels, and stories that showcase surf experiences, travel tips, and local culture.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and foster a loyal online community of travelers and surf enthusiasts.
- Collaborate with influencers, travel bloggers, and local partners to expand brand reach through authentic partnerships.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep content fresh and competitive.
- Assist in managing paid social media campaigns (budget tracking, ad creation, A/B testing) to drive bookings and leads.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader branding and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media management, preferably in travel, tourism, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing content creation skills (photography, videography, graphic design, or copywriting).
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite, or Later).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles to enhance content discoverability.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced remote environment.
- Passion for travel, surf culture, or Baliās tourism industry is highly desirable.
