Responsibility
- Provide personalized financial advice to clients via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
- Assess client financial needs and recommend suitable products (e.g., investments, insurance, savings plans).
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
- Prepare and present financial reports or proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and advisory skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial advisory, banking, or insurance (preferred but not required).
