Responsibility
- Assist in the valuation and analysis of asset portfolios to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Support the development of asset allocation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to inform investment decisions.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management.
- Assist in the due diligence process for new asset acquisitions or disposals.
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments based on risk and return metrics.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings to align asset strategies with broader business goals.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel or financial modeling tools.
- Basic understanding of asset management, investment principles, or portfolio theory.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to work under deadlines.
- Familiarity with financial markets, valuation techniques, or real estate assets is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial.
- Availability to commit to a full-time internship from January to June 2027.
