Responsibility
- Define and implement enterprise-wide budget governance standards for programs and projects.
- Ensure Business Unit PMOs adhere to budget approval processes and financial compliance.
- Develop and maintain financial controls and reporting frameworks to monitor portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align budget allocations with strategic objectives.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to identify risks and opportunities for optimization.
- Lead initiatives to enhance financial transparency and accountability across the portfolio.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio management, financial controls, or PMO roles.
- Strong understanding of budget governance, financial planning, and risk management.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing financial standards and controls.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial management tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, Power BI).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
