Responsibility
- Provide immediate medical care for occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Conduct fitness-to-work assessments and medical examinations for employees.
- Monitor workplace health conditions and recommend improvements.
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols.
- Collaborate with HR and Safety teams to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
- Educate employees on health and safety best practices.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers as needed.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with valid license to practice in Indonesia.
- Experience in occupational health or general practice.
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with emergency response procedures.
