Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison for Russian and English-speaking patients, ensuring clear and empathetic communication.
- Manage patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate seamless patient experiences, from registration to discharge.
- Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Provide cultural and logistical support to international patients, including travel and accommodation guidance.
- Handle complaints or concerns with discretion, escalating issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Assist in translating medical terminology and instructions for non-Indonesian-speaking patients.
- Promote hospital services and patient care programs through effective communication and outreach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in patient relations, healthcare administration, or customer service.
- Fluency in Russian and English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Valid KITAS/KITAP work permit (mandatory for legal employment in Indonesia).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach and cultural sensitivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic medical software (training provided).
