Responsibility
- Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor and ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Provide detailed orientations of the villa/homestay, including amenities, safety protocols, and local insights.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and troubleshooting during their stay (e.g., transportation, dining, activities).
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and cultural experiences.
- Handle check-out procedures, including final inspections and feedback collection.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, incidents, and special requests.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, security, and guest satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or tourism is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography, culture, and popular tourist destinations.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest schedules.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.
