Responsibility

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction.
  • Assess and monitor the developmental progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning community.
  • Incorporate play-based learning activities to promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
  • Organize and participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior, ensuring compliance with school policies.
  • Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and integrate innovative teaching methods into the curriculum.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with children aged 3-6 years in a classroom or childcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to diverse cultural settings.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
  • Maximum age of 35 years (preferred but not mandatory).
