Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, ensuring all areas meet Lumeira Wellness’s high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies in rooms and public areas as needed.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or cleanliness concerns and report them promptly to the supervisor.
- Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and guest privacy.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of local cleaning products and equipment is an advantage.
