Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, adhering to hygiene and presentation standards.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables efficiently between guest turns.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle payments and process transactions using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be Muslim (as per company policy).
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
