Join REDDOG, a dynamic and fast-growing hospitality brand in Bali, as part of our Crew Outlet team! We are seeking passionate individuals to fill roles as Cashiers, Kitchen Staff, and Servers across our vibrant locations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established quality standards.
- Operate cash registers, handle payments, and provide accurate change (for Cashiers).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Assist in kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating (for Kitchen Staff).
- Deliver prompt and friendly service to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience (for Servers).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols to uphold food safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or food service is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions (for Cashiers).
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
