Responsibility

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to shoppers during festival events.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
  • Support promotional activities, including product demonstrations and sampling.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling festival booths and displays.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and trends.

Qualifications
