As a Festival Customer Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional shopping experiences to our customers while supporting promotional activities and in-store operations. Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to shoppers during festival events.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Support promotional activities, including product demonstrations and sampling.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling festival booths and displays.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and trends.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during festival periods.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a bonus.
