Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to shoppers during festival periods.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and promotions.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked and displays are visually appealing.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions and managing payments.
- Support promotional activities, such as setting up displays and distributing flyers.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
