Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Operate cash registers, process transactions, and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Assist with festival promotions, including setting up displays and guiding customers to featured products.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak festival periods.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Support inventory management by reporting stock levels and assisting with restocking.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
