- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking and merchandising.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
- Promote ongoing sales, discounts, and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist in setting up festival-themed displays and promotional materials to attract customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
