- Provide friendly and professional customer service to shoppers during festival periods.
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and recommendations.

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays during festival seasons.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for retail and sales.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 10 kg).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
