Responsibility
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at festival booths or pop-up stores.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Promote Watsonsâ health, beauty, and wellness products through engaging demonstrations.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Educate customers on promotions, loyalty programs, and special offers.
- Report inventory needs and customer feedback to the store manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Passion for customer service and sales in a retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays during festival periods.
- Basic knowledge of health, beauty, or wellness products is a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing, and able to work in a team.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift light boxes (up to 10 kg).
