Responsibility
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to festival attendees, addressing inquiries and offering product recommendations.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining promotional booths, ensuring an attractive and organized display of Watsons products.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Promote ongoing sales, discounts, and loyalty programs to maximize customer engagement and revenue.
- Monitor inventory levels at the festival stall and restock products as needed to meet demand.
- Collaborate with the team to execute event-specific marketing activities, such as sampling or demonstrations.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or event support (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, during festival periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of health, beauty, or wellness products is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- No formal education requirement, but a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
