Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service during festival events, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours and special promotions.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing merchandise.
- Promote Watsonsâ loyalty programs and current promotions to maximize customer engagement.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety standards, and retail best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and festival periods.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not required (training provided).
- Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
