Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to festival attendees, assisting them with product inquiries, purchases, and general information.
- Promote Watsonsâ products and special offers to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and ensure accurate payment processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing festival booth or retail space.
- Assist with stock replenishment, product displays, and inventory management during the festival.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, or inquiries professionally and escalate issues as needed.
- Adhere to Watsonsâ policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or event-based roles is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends, evenings, and festival dates.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move light stock or equipment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a bonus.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
