Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to shoppers during the CNY festival period.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and festive promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout, including festive decorations.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Monitor stock levels and restock shelves to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Participate in festive in-store events and promotions to drive engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Passion for customer service and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays during the festival period.
- Basic numerical skills for handling transactions.
- No prior retail experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 10 kg).
