Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to shoppers during the Chinese New Year festival period.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and festive decorations to enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing transactions and managing payment systems.
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves and monitoring product availability.
- Promote festive offers, discounts, and loyalty programs to drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Address customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays during the festival season.
- Friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light objects.
