Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to festival shoppers.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment during peak festival periods.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
- Promote Watsons' loyalty programs and special festival offers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Participate in festival-themed promotions and in-store events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
